Refunds Policy

 24-hour refund

1. Can be returned to our shipping warehouse, the shipping cost back to China is very high
2. You must choose a logistic express channel that can clear customs. If you choose logistics that can't clear customs for us, we won't be able to receive the shoes and we can't give you a refund
We suggest you use:: DHL or FedEx to deliver to our warehouse
3. If you want to return the goods for a refund, we will send you the return address and then the refund will be given to you after we receive it. However, for returns, the customer must bear the shipping cost.

4.Before we ship any product, it undergoes several stages of quality checks. It is our intention to provide only the highest quality items to our customers. After you made an order to us, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. From that point, you will notice if you need to make adjustments to your order. Please note that when you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification. After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it will be too late to make any changes.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less 15% of the original payment, within a 2-3 business day.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
